William Graham, MPH, is currently the country director for the International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH) Ethiopia. Mr. Graham has over 16 years of leadership and management experience in international relief and development programs throughout Africa and southeast Europe. Prior to his position at I-TECH, Mr. Graham was the country program director for Partners for Development in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he managed the institutional capacity building of the public veterinary sector and the community agriculture development program. He was also the health program manager for Makurdi in Benue State, Nigeria, where he managed their HIV and AIDS program, community-based reproductive health programs, and rural clinic strengthening programs. Mr. Graham has also worked for Mercy Corps, Catholic Relief Services, and the Adventist Development and Relief Agency. He received his master of public health from Loma Linda University in the United States, and bachelor of arts in journalism from San Jose State University, California.
