  • This 1-hour, print-based module was developed to train middle- and senior-level global health managers how to improve their listening skills as a technique for effective management. Participants complete a self-assessment and engage in an exercise to practice listening.

  • This 3-hour 30-minute module covers “Habit 5” of Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, which is about seeking “first to understand, then be understood.” Participants will learn about the importance of listening, ways to do it, and how it can be a valuable leadership skill.
